HIV wtNDK, HIV m7NDK

ABSTRACT: Arrays analyses of CEM non infected and CEM infected by HIV wtNDK or HIV m7NDK (mutant). The arrays used were done at AECOM (ET arrays) and by affymetrix. They were hybridized with RNA of the cell lines infected or not. The analyses done as in bourdon et al. Cancer Res. 2002 Nov 1;62(21):6218-23, and with genesis. Keywords: parallel sample
