Comparative genome hybridization of meningococcal isolates II


ABSTRACT: Meningococcal strains from different serogroups and different clonal complexes were compared using cGH analyses DNA isolated from the various strains were compared using a common reference design where the common reference comprised of a pool of all individual DNA´s.
