ABSTRACT: Microarray analysis of transcriptional changes in biopsies of solid tumors from patients treated in a Phase I study with the Cdk inhibitor PHA-793887. 7 patient biopsies pre- and post-treatment in dye swap. Tumors are of different origins, and are described in the accompanying manuscript.

A transcriptional signature of the pan-cyclin-dependent kinase (Cdk) inhibitor PHA-793887 was evaluated as a potential pharmacodynamic and/or response biomarker in tumor and skin biopsies from patients treated in a phase I clinical study.
