Profiles of JARID1B target genes in MCF-7 cell line

ABSTRACT: Using ChIP-DSL technology from AVIVA SYSTEMS BIOLOGY to find out the targets of JARID1B on whole genome. Enriched DNA from Chromatin IP of JARID1B was analyzed by arrays, normal IgG was used as negative control.
