ABSTRACT: To elucidate gene expression associated with copy number changes, we performed a genome-wide copy number and expression microarray analysis of 25 pairs of gastric tissues. 25 pairs of gastric tissues: gastric cancer tissues vs. matched adjacent noncancerous tissues.
