Gene expression profiling of Akt3 over-expressing breast cancer cells after estrogen and tamoxifen treatment


ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to identify the differentially expressed genes in upon Akt3 over-expression after estrogen and tamoxifen treatment. RNA were extracted from three independently treated respective breast cancer cell lines and processed for further microarray experiments.
