MiRNA profiling of GFAP+ cells isolated from GBM and adjacent non-tumor glial brain tissues


ABSTRACT: To identify miRNAs expression changes in human gliomas, weM-bM-^@M-^Bconducted a comprehensive microarray analysis to compare miRNAM-bM-^@M-^BexpressionM-bM-^@M-^BprofilesM-bM-^@M-^BinM-bM-^@M-^Bprimary cellsM-bM-^@M-^BobtainedM-bM-^@M-^BfromM-bM-^@M-^BmatchedM-bM-^@M-^BpairsM-bM-^@M-^BofM-bM-^@M-^BGBMM-bM-^@M-^BandM-bM-^@M-^BadjacentM-bM-^@M-^Bnon-tumorM-bM-^@M-^BbrainM-bM-^@M-^BtissuesM-bM-^@M-^BfromM-bM-^@M-^B6M-bM-^@M-^Bpatients. PairedM-bM-^@M-^Bprimary glioma cells andM-bM-^@M-^Bastrocytes, isolated from GBM tissues andperipheral non-tumor glial brain tissues, respectively, with each pair prepared from aM-bM-^@M-^Bsame patient,M-bM-^@M-^Bwere established for primary culture. Total RNA was extracted and hybridized to microarrays overnight at 65M-BM-0C.
