Genome wide gene expression analysis of chronic granulomatous disease patients

ABSTRACT: Whole blood was collected from chronic granulomatous patients, carriers and healthy controls. RNA was isolated from whole blood and globin removal was performed for all samples. The cells were not selecter or stimulated ex vivo.
