ABSTRACT: We performed gene expression profiling with oligonucleotide microarrays of hydrogen-bond surrogate targheting hypoxia-inducibletranscription factior complex, which resulted in an effective inhibition of hypoxia-inducible genes with relatively minimal perturbation of non-targeted signaling pathways.
