Comparison of gene expression profiles of Pten, Keap1 and Nrf2 knockout mouse livers.

ABSTRACT: Whole livers were collected from mice at the age of day 15 (P15). Total RNA was purified using Isogen. Gene expression was measured in livers at the age of 15 days (P15).
