Microarray analysis of human pre-eclamptic placenta

ABSTRACT: RNA was extracted from placentas selected based on normotensive pregnancy with low GBA messenger RNA expression and hypertensive pregnancy with relatively high expression of GBA messenger RNA. Total RNA was extracted from placental tissue biopsies stored in RNALater within 2 hours after delivery.
