Expression profiles of allopolyploids and their parents lines during allopolyploidization (Chines Spring and hexaploid)

ABSTRACT: We profiled genome-wide gene expression levels in natural hexaploid. Chinese spring and three accessions were used. Total RNA of each line was extracted from three biological replicates.
