Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis K-10 & phoPR comparison

ABSTRACT: To compare the transcriptional profile of K-10 and phoPR in the log phase, and to find out the effects of phoPR on MAP gene expression. There are three replicates from K-10 as the control samples, and three replicates from phoPR used to examine the differences.
