Transcription profiling of mouse lymph node cells after immunizaion with pigeon cytochrome C B10.BR mice

ABSTRACT: Mice were immunized with PCC (pigeon cytochrome c). Experiment Overall Design: Lymph node cells were isolated by flow cytometry at successive timepoints after immunization for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
