ABSTRACT: 21120 Arabidopsis thaliana gene sequence tags were amplified and purified using a novel bead-based strategy (see Publication for more details).This experiment was carried out to demonstrate the use of these arrays for expression profiling of Arabidopsis thaliana.Briefly, 10-day old Arabidopsis seedlings were treated for 30, 120 and 240 minutes with the plant hormone indole-3-acetic acid (auxin) and the effects on gene expression were analysed.
