ABSTRACT: Chromatin from mouse hepatocytes was immunoprecipitated with antibodies against Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 4 alpha (Hnf4a) and IgG. Amplified and labelled ChIP DNA and input DNA were hybridyzed to Mouse PromoterChip 5A.1 arrays.
