ABSTRACT: microRNA expression profiling in gastric cancer cells after 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine (5-Aza-CdR) and 4-phenylbutyric acid (PBA) treatment was performed to investigate whether microRNA expression is controlled by these chromatin modifying drugs.
