Transcription profiling of Leismania donovani wild type and centrin-gene knock out cultured in conditions that induce failure of cell division

ABSTRACT: Study of gene expression differences between wild type and genetically modified Leishmania donovani protozoan parasites. A centrin-gene-deleted cell line after 40 hours in culture conditions that induce failure of cell division is compared to wild type cells under the same culture conditions.
