Transcription profiling of bacteroid Rhizobium leguminosarum strain 3841 wild type vs bacA mutant harvested from pea plant nodules

ABSTRACT: Wildtype bacteroids of Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae 3841 were compared to a bacA mutant. In both cases bacteroids were harvested from 7 day old nodules from pea plants.
