Transcription profiling by array of mouse hippocampus and prefrontal cortex from mouse model of anxiety

ABSTRACT: Total RNAs were extracted from the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of anxious mice. The transcriptome of the two brain regions were investigated using a custom made Agilent 8 x 15k features oligo microarray.
