Transcription profiling by array of M. tuberculosis H37Rv wildtype and ctpV knockout exposed to copper

ABSTRACT: Cells were exposed to 500 uM CuCl2. The copper response of two different strains were compared. The two strains used were wild type (H37Rv) and a single-gene knockout mutant (ctpV KO).
