Chronic OVA model

ABSTRACT: Experimental aim: To identify altered gene transcription within the airway wall in chronic allergic airways disease. BALB/c mice entered a chronic ovalbumin model of allergic airways disease before their airways were collected. RNA was extracted from the airways of allergic and non-allergic controls with an affymetrix array conducted to compare gene expression between groups.
