ABSTRACT: Comparison of transcriptions in wild_type, delta-6 (deletion of six DnaA-box clusters (DBCs)), delta-5 and delta-DBC[yydA-yycS] strains, to see effect of the DBCs on transcription of neighboring genes and DnaA-regulated genes.
