Comparative transcriptome of ES cell lines

ABSTRACT: RNA was purified from mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) and 3 embryonic stem (ES) cell lines after preplating. Total RNA was subjected to transcriptome analysis using Agilent Array- 028005:SurePrint G3 Mouse GE 8x60K Microarray. The common reference is a mixture of MEF, IB10c, HMSc1, HMSc2.
