Upregulation of miR-24 is associated with decreased DNA damage repair in highly differentiated CD8-positive T cells

ABSTRACT: microRNA transcript levels in CD8+ T-cells were profiled. Two experimental factors were considered: CD28 status (positive/negative) and Etoposide (10 M-5g/ml) treatment (etoposide/control).
