Transcription profiling by array of E. coli cells harbouring one of two shuffle network constructs

ABSTRACT: transcriptome analysis of cells harbouring one of 2 shuffle network constructs (populations 2 and 4). population 3 cells originally carry the same construct as population 2 cells, but these cells are descendants of a heat selected clone. population 1 has the regulatory region of the constructs harboured by population 2 cells. population 5 has an empty plasmid (the same plasmid as was used to clone the shuffle networks).
