RNA-seq analysis of primary human cancer associated fibroblasts isolated from breast cancer tissue

ABSTRACT: Primary human cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) were isolated and cultivated (up to passage 10). CAFs were sequenced to find differences in their respective gene expression patters.
