TOMO-seq along lateral axis, dorsal-ventral axis and anterior-posterior axis of mouse main olfactory epithelium


ABSTRACT: We use a spatial transcriptomic technique (TOMO-seq) to build a 3D map of gene expression patterns in the mouse olfactory mucosa, which can be used to start addressing many unanswered questions, about olfaction and the importance of gene expression zones in the olfactory mucosa related to it, and also beyond olfaction (eg, mechanisms of formation of spatial patterns of gene expression)
