RNAseq of human SAOS-2 cell lines expressing different p53 cooperativity mutants ectopically over a p53 null background

ABSTRACT: To investigate the transcription activity of p53 cooperativity mutants, several p53 cooperativity mutants were ectopically expressed in human SAOS2 cell lines with a p53-null background. Cell lines were infected with adenoviral vectors carrying cancer patient-derived mutants E180K, R181L, R181H, R181C, R181P, the R175H hotspot mutant, p53 wild-type (WT) and GFP as a negative control. In addition, the engineered mutant E180R was included.
