ABSTRACT: Gene expression profiles from anonymous, non-tumoral Formalin-Fixed Paraffin Embedded colon samples, either positive or negative to diverticulosis. Samples were obtained from a Biobank hosted at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV), to serve as reference pool for comparison with colon gene expression microarray studies.
