Whole genome sequencing of flucytosine adaptors in Cryptocooccus neoformans

ABSTRACT: We exposed Cryptococcus neoformans lab strain H99 to SD plate supplemented with 1 µg/ml flucytosine, and obtained 54 adaptors. We did sequencing of these adaptors.
