Whole culture RNA-sequencing of transient DUX4-expressed human embryonic stem cells


ABSTRACT: Doxycycline-induced and control DUX4-TetOn human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) were collected immediately, 24 h, and 48 h after 15 min, 30 min of doxycycline, or without doxycycline treatment. Moreover, doxycycline-induced hESCs were sorted by FACS with an antibody against NaPi2b (SLC34A2) at 6 h after induction and collected after a further 6 h of culture. These cells were compared with unsorted cells, cells without doxycycline treatment, and H9 primed/naive hESCs as controls.
