ChIP-chip analysis of E. coli copper responsive transcriptional regulators CueR and CusR binding sites in E. coli cells grown in DMA with copper medium

ABSTRACT: CueR and CusR sense copper ions in the cytoplasm and periplasm. Prior to building a copper homeostasis model of E. coli using systems biology approaches, the ChIP chip analysis determined the direct target genes for CueR and CusR.
