RNA-seq of Solanum Lycopersicum and Solanum Pennellii parents and crosses up to the F4 generation

ABSTRACT: This study investigates changes in gene expression among 2 Tomato species and their hybrids. This was used to investigate changes in gene (small-RNA-Seq data in separate submission) and sRNA expression after hybridisation.
