RNA-seq of skin lesions at day 2 post infection with Group A Streptococcus from Hif1a(fl/fl) and Ncr1(Cre)Hif1a(fl/fl) mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Changes of the transcriptional program in response to bacterial infections at a skin-wide level by deletion of HIF-1α in skin-lesions-infiltrating NK cells.
Project description:Global alterations of the early wound healing program by transcriptomics at a skin-wide level by deletion of HIF-1α in wound-infiltrating NK cells.
Project description:Primary osteoblasts were cultured from long bones of Prx1-CreWT HuRfl/fl (Control) and Prx1Cre+/- HuRfl/fl (Developing limb mesenchyme knockout of HuR) mice. Total RNA was extracted from these cells using Trizol method and RNA-Seq used to detect differential gene expression.
Project description:The unbiased approach to determine transcriptional profiles of sorted NKp46+ cells from the small intestine of WT and HIF-1α KO mice.
