RNA-seq of Azotobacter vinelandii cultured in with or without a nitrogen source at 5%, 10%, or 20% oxygen concentrations


ABSTRACT: To identify genes showing oxygen concentration-dependent expression only under nitrogen-fixing conditions, we performed RNA-seq experiments to compare the transcriptomic profiles of wild type cultured in six different conditions where under the MB medium with or without a nitrogen source at 5%, 10%, or 20% oxygen concentrations.
