Comparison of the transcriptional profiles of wild-type and ΔAvin_01720 Azotobacter vinelandii strains cultured under aerobic nitrogen-fixing conditions

ABSTRACT: To estimate the function of Avin_01720, we performed RNA-seq experiments to compare the transcriptomic profiles of wild type and ΔAvin_01720 strains grown in MB medium without a nitrogen source at 20% oxygen.
