Transcriptional effect of P2Y2 receptor activation by UTP, on AGS gastric carcinoma cells.


ABSTRACT: This experiment was aimed to known the transcripts regulated by P2Y2 receptor activation by UTP (100 microM) for 24 or 48h, over carcinoma derived cells (AGS line).The analysis of this array by gene ontology let us known the cellular process associated with P2Y2 receptor activity.
