Bulk tissue RNA-seq of different sea lamprey (Petromyzon marinus) organs

ABSTRACT: Strand-specific RNA-seq libraries from different sea lamprey tissues (brain, heart, liver, kidney, ovary, testis) were produced in order to enhance the genome annotation for protein coding genes.
