ABSTRACT: We treated the murine WAP-T cell line H8N8 with either vehicle or a sublethal dose CAF chemotherapy (Cyclophosphamide, Adriamycin, 5-Fluorouracil) for 48 hours. The surviving cells were then subjected to mRNA-sequencing.
