The cross-talk between prostate cancer cells and myeloid cells to prime cancer metastasis

ABSTRACT: RNA-seq of co-cultured and monocultured PC-3 and U937 cell lines. Cells were separated by FACS. The PC-3 uptake of U937 material was measured by staining the U937 with DiD and CFSE. Samples described as 4samp_* were a first sequencing trial of the same samples.
