ABSTRACT: Transcriptome analysis of the heads of 6 dpf sv2a-/-, sv2a+/- and sv2a+/+ zebrafish larvae to provide insights into the neuropathological processes underlying the observed epileptic phenotype in sv2a-/- zebrafish larvae.
