Whole genome sequencing of adaptors derived from exposure to low amount of fluconazole in Candida albicans

ABSTRACT: Candida albicans lab strain SC5314 was exposued to sub-inhibitory amount (0.5 ug/ml) fluconazole for 24h. Two tolerant adaptors (FY1284 and FY1285) were obtained. The adaptors were unstable on YPD plate, yielding small (S) and large (L) colonies. The small (FY1284-S and FY1285-S) and the large (FY1284-L and FY1285-L) colonies were sequenced
