ABSTRACT: Single-cell RNA-seq in mice with subcutaneous tumors was used to determine if TGFβR2 signaling in DPT+ universal fibroblasts drives LRRC15+ myofibroblast differentiation using DptIresCreERT2Tgfbr2fl/fl and WT control mice.
