Comparative analysis of heat-induced genes between thermotolerant and thermosensitive tomato cultivars (40°C 2 h + 50°C 4 h)


ABSTRACT: Gene expression in response to heat stress (40°C 2 h + 50°C 4 h) was compared between thermotolerant and thermosensitive tomato cultivars. Under this condition, the thermosensitive cultivar showed severe shoot wilting, while the themotolerant cultivar did not.
