Whole genome sequencing of fluconazle resistant and tolerant adaptors in Candida albicans

ABSTRACT: Candida albicans lab strain SC5314 was daily passaged in YPD broth supplemented with fluconazole. Some fluconazole-resistant and some fluconazole-tolerant adaptors were sequenced.
