Whole genome sequencing of sub-MIC tunicamycin adaptors in Cryptococcus neoformans

ABSTRACT: Cryptococcus neoformans lab strain H99 was grown in YPD broth supplemented with 0.0625ug/ml tunicamycin. We did three technical replicates. Randomly 120 colones from each culture were tested for tolerance to tunicamycin. Totally we got 7 tolerant adaptors. These adaptors were sequenced.
