Genome instability analysis of aneuploids in Candida albicans

ABSTRACT: In Candida albicans, one strain (TJ1031) has segmental monosomy of chromosome R from rDNA to the right tolemere. This strain was unstable, yielding small and large colonies on YPD plate. Randomly 5 large colonies were sequenced.
