RNA-Seq of wild type and paspro1/paspro2 mutant anthers

ABSTRACT: We collected the samples, rice anthers at the anthesis stage from the wild type and paspro1/paspro2 mutant anther (Dongjin cultivar), from our field and immediately froze the samples with liquid nitrogen. Later, We extract RNA from the samples and performed RNA sequencing.
