Transcriptome analysis of Candida glabrata exposed to tunicamycin

ABSTRACT: Candida glabrata lab strain BG2 was grown in YPD broth at 37C from OD600=0.1 till 1.0. The culture was divided into three batches: no treatement (control), treated with 0.5ug/ml TUN (sub-MIC treatment) and treated with 8ug/ml tnicamycin (supra-MIC treatment). After 3 h of drug exposure, cells were harvested.
